小农户融入中药材供应链的困境与对策研究——基于392位小农户的调查

Research on Difficulties and Countermeasures of Smallholders’Integration into the Supply Chain of Chinese Medicinal Materials--Based on the Survey of 392 Smallholders

小农户融入中药材供应链是实现小农户与中药材产业发展有效衔接的重要途径,也是推进中药材产业现代化的重要方式。通过对安徽亳州392位中药材种植户的问卷调查发现,虽然小农户融入中药材供应链的环境优越、路径丰富,但是小农户融入中药材供应链的意愿淡薄。进一步研究发现,小农户、中药材龙头企业、合作社等供应链节点面临着规模、合作和利益等方面的融入困境。基于以上研究,结合中药材供应链节点实际,从转变小农户传统观念、优化中药材供应链融入路径、完善利益联结机制等方面提出融入对策与建议,以期推动小农户积极融入中药材供应链,并为小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接提供借鉴。

The integration of smallholders into the supply chain of Chinese medicinal materials is the important way to realize the effective connection between smallholder and the development of Chinese herbal medicine industry,and also an important way to realize the modernization of Chinese medicinal materials industry.Through a questionnaire survey of 392 Chinese herbal medicine growers in Bozhou of Anhui Province,it was found that although the environment and paths for the smallholders to integrate into the supply chain of Chinese medicinal materials are superior and rich,the awareness of the smallholders to integrate into the supply chain of Chinese medicinal materials is weak.Further study found that smallholders,leading Chinese medicinal materials enterprises,cooperatives and other supply chain nodes are facing difficulties in terms of scale,cooperation and benefits.Based on this analysis,combined with the actual node of the Chinese herbal medicine supply chain,integration countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from the aspects of changing the traditional concepts of smallholders,optimizing the integration path of the Chinese medicinal materials supply chain,and improving the interest linkage mechanism,so as to promote the active integration of smallholders into the Chinese medicinal materials supply chain,and provide references for the organic connection between smallholders and modern agriculture development.
