摘要 食品检测中的理化指标检验是保障食品安全与质量不可或缺的关键环节。然而,在实际操作中,多种因素可能干扰检验结果,导致数据不准确,进而影响食品安全监管的有效性。本文聚焦理化指标检验过程的质量控制,深入分析检验流程中常见的问题及其成因,并提出相应的质量控制策略,旨在为解决这些问题提供科学依据,同时为食品生产、流通过程中的质量安全监管工作提供有价值的参考。 The inspection of physical and chemical indicators in food testing is an indispensable key link in ensuring food safety and quality.However,in practical operation,various factors may interfere with the inspection results,leading to inaccurate data and thus affecting the effectiveness of food safety supervision.This paper focuses on the quality control of the physical and chemical index inspection process,deeply analyzes common problems and their causes in the inspection process,and proposes corresponding quality control strategies,aiming to provide scientific basis for solving these problems and valuable reference for the quality and safety supervision of food in the production and circulation process.
