This article focuses on the application of gas chromatography technology in the quality inspection of grains,oils and foods,systematically introduces the basic principles and main components of gas chromatograph,and focuses on the quality inspection process of grains,oils and foods based on gas chromatography technology,including key links such as sample collection and processing,instrument parameter setting,chromatographic analysis and determination,and result evaluation and reporting.Through detailed analysis of these links,the important role of gas chromatography technology in ensuring the quality and safety of grains,oils and foods is demonstrated.
