2023年张家界市售白酒中甲醇含量分析

Analysis of Methanol Content in Baijiu in Zhangjiajie City in 2023

建立准确、可靠的气相色谱内标法测定白酒样品中的甲醇含量,并对2023年湖南省张家界市辖区监督抽取的48份白酒样品进行分析检测。结果表明,总体白酒样品甲醇检出率不高,瓶装白酒甲醇检出率相对较低(7.69%),散装白酒检出率相对较高(36.36%)。此外,白酒中甲醇含量不仅与生产工艺、生产设备等有关,而且与酿酒的原辅料类型息息相关。本次分析的散装白酒中高粱酒的甲醇检出率高于米酒、谷酒和苞谷酒。甲醇的来源可能是酒原料本身、生产工艺控制不当,也有可能是人为因素。因此,应继续对白酒生产、销售等环节加强监管,并加大白酒样品检验检测力度,以确保消费者饮酒安全。

An accurate and reliable internal standard method for the determination of methanol in Baijiu samples is established,and 48 Baijiu samples from Zhangjiajie city of Hunan province in 2023 are analyzed and detected.The results show that the detection rate of methanol in the whole Baijiu sample is not high,the detection rate of methanol in bottle Baijiu is relatively low(7.69%),and the detection rate of methanol in bulk Baijiu is relatively high(36.36%).In addition,the methanol content of Baijiu is not only related to the production process,production equipment,but also closely related to the type of raw materials.The methanol detection rate of sorghum wine in bulk Baijiu is higher than that of rice wine,grain wine and corn wine.The source of methanol may be the raw material itself,the production process is not properly controlled,or it may be human factors.Therefore,we should continue to strengthen the supervision of the production and sales of Baijiu,and increase the inspection and testing of Baijiu samples to ensure the safety of consumers.
