摘要
将基于倾斜摄影测量技术建成的三维模型场景应用于房地一体测量工作中,借助三维模型,能够使复杂的不动产信息得到准确、真实的表达。利用ContextCapture软件进行三维模型构建,对北京某自然村落测量区域构建模型,在三维模型的基础上进行房产数据采集,同时采用传统测量方式采集控制点数据,进行精度检验。结果表明,无人机倾斜摄影测量技术可以满足房地一体测量精度要求。
Applying 3D model scenes based on Oblique Photogrammetry technology to the work of housing and land integrated measurement can accurately and realistically express complex real estate information through 3D models.Using ContextCapture software for 3D model construction,a model was constructed for the measurement area of a natural village in Beijing.Based on the 3D model,real estate data is collected,and traditional measurement methods are used to collect control point data for accuracy comparison analysis.The results indicate that the Un-manned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)Oblique Photogrammetry technology can meet the accuracy requirement for the in-tegrated measurement of housing and land.
