摘要
由于民机座椅椅腿锁紧装置与座椅椅腿不同心,当座椅椅腿锁固定在飞机导轨上时,在拧紧力矩作用下,有可能会在导轨上、下表面产生交变的预应力,造成导轨产生应力腐蚀裂纹,损害飞机导轨,使飞机存在重大的安全隐患。根据波音飞机对导轨预应力作用下的载荷要求,对某座椅的椅腿锁预紧载荷进行研究,获取不同固定力矩作用下椅腿锁对导轨的交变载荷数据,为民机座椅椅腿锁装置设计和固定力矩设定提供依据。
Due to the different center between locking device and the aircraft seat leg,when the seat leg lockis fixed on the aircraft guidway,it may cause alternating prestressing on the upper and lower surfaces of the guideway under the action of tightening torque,which may cause stress corrosion cracks in guideway and damage the aircraft guidway,posing major safety risks to the aircraft.In this paper,according to the load requirements of Boeing aircraft under the prestress of the guideway,a study was conducted on the pre tightening load of the seat leg lock of a cer-tain seat to obtain the alternating load data of the seat leg lock on the guideway under different fixed torque,provid-ing a basis for the design of the seat leg lock device and the setting of fixed torque for civil aircraft seats.
