摘要
箱体类零件的加工对位置精度、尺寸规格有着较高的要求,所以,机械加工工艺难度大。在加工过程中,要求基准精准,对机械加工工艺进行合理选择,科学加工,使箱体机械加工合格率得到提高,并且降低了加工成本。在箱体零件机械加工过程中,夹具为主要工具,要求结合箱体类零件机械特点,精准掌握设计要点,从而对设计参数进行确定。
The machining of box parts has high requirements for position accuracy and size specifications,so the machining process is difficult.In the machining process,it is required to have accurate benchmark,reasonably select machining technology,carry out scientific machining,to improve the qualification rate of box machining and re-duce the processing cost.In the machining process of box parts,the fixture is the main tool,and the mechanical characteristics of the box parts are required to accurately grasp the design points,so as to determine the design pa-rameters.
