大型火力发电厂现场总线系统故障案例分析

摘要 现场总线技术因具有良好的开放性、互操作性、全数字通信、智能化与功能自治性等特点,已成为数字化电厂的重要特征,从而得到越来越广泛的应用,但其故障的多样性为现场维护带来了较大的困难。首先,介绍了电力行业广泛应用的过程现场总线(Process Field Bus,PROFIBUS)和基金会现场总线(Foundation Fieldbus,FF)的优点及其有别于普通仪表的技术特征;其次,给出了常用的维护及故障排查方法;最后,结合具体故障案例进行分析处理,有效提升了现场总线系统的运行稳定性。 Due to its excellent openness,interoperability,all-digital communication,intelligence and functional au-tonomy,Fieldbus technology has become an important feature of digital power plants,and has been more and more widely used.However,the diversity of its failures has brought great difficulties to on-site maintenance.Firstly,the article introduces the advantages of Process Field Bus(PROFIBUS)and foundation fieldbus widely used in the power industry,as well as their technical features that distinguish them from ordinary instruments;Secondly,it pro-vides the common maintenance and troubleshooting methods;Finally,it combines specific failure cases for analysis and processing,effectively improving the operational stability of the fieldbus system.
