摘要
平台型电商企业生态圈是由诸多企业种群构成的复杂网络组织,各企业所在的供应链是平台型电商企业生态圈价值共创的基本单元,而供应链动态演进的协同模式如何影响生态圈价值共创的意愿及行为尚需要进一步揭示。基于服务主导逻辑探讨供应链协同、资源整合能力和关系治理与生态圈价值共创之间的关系有助于明确平台型电商企业生态圈价值共创的实现机制。研究发现:供应链协同对生态圈价值共创具有正向影响;资源整合能力在供应链协同与生态圈价值共创的关系中起到了部分中介作用;关系治理正向调节了供应链协同对资源整合能力以及生态圈价值共创的影响,同时也正向调节了资源整合能力对生态圈价值共创的影响。研究拓展了服务主导逻辑的应用范围,丰富了平台型电商企业生态圈价值共创的研究框架,为推动平台型电商企业生态圈的健康和可持续发展提供了理论支持。
The platform e-commerce enterprise ecosystem is a complex network organization composed of many enterprise groups,and the supply chain where different enterprises are located is the basic unit of the value co-creation of the platform e-commerce enterprise ecosystem.However,how the dynamic evolution of the supply chain collaborative mode affects the intention and behavior of the ecosystem value co-creation needs to be further revealed.Based on service-oriented logic,the relationship between supply chain collaboration,resource integration ability,relationship governance and ecosystem value co-creation is helpful to clarify the realization mechanism of ecosystem value co-creation in platform e-commerce enterprises.Through the empirical study,the results show:supply chain collaboration has a positive impact on the value cocreation of the ecosystem;resource integration ability plays a part of mediating role in the relationship between supply chain collaboration and ecosystem value co-creation;relationship governance positively moderates the influence of supply chain collaboration on resource integration ability and ecosystem value co-creation,and also positively moderates the influence of resource integration ability on ecosystem value co-creation.The research has expanded the application scope of serviceoriented logic,enriched the research framework for value co-creation in the platform e-commerce enterprise ecosystem,and provided theoretical support for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the platform e-commerce enterprise ecosystem.
