摘要
数字产业与制造业协同集聚是激发区域创新活力,推动经济高质量发展的重要途径。基于2013—2022年中国省级面板数据,探析数字产业和制造业协同集聚与创新效率的时空分异特征,利用空间杜宾模型实证检验了协同集聚对创新效率的影响机制。研究表明:(1)两产业协同集聚具有空间非均衡性,整体上呈轻微波动下降趋势,集聚程度东部地区最高,西部地区最低,区域间差异为主要差异来源;(2)创新效率呈上升态势,东部地区创新效率最高,中部地区增长最显著,技术效率和技术进步的双重作用推动创新效率提高;(3)两产业协同集聚不仅能推动本地区创新效率提升,还对邻近地区产生正向溢出效应,空间效应在东部地区最显著。据此,针对性地提出促进创新效率提升和经济高质量发展的政策建议。
The collaborative agglomeration of digital industry and manufacturing industry is an important approach to stimulating regional innovative vitality and promoting high-quality economic development.Based on China’s provincial panel data from 2013 to 2022,this study explores the spatial and temporal heterogeneity of the collaborative agglomeration of digital industry and manufacturing industry and innovative efficiency,and uses the spatial Dubin model to empirically verify the impact mechanism of collaborative agglomeration on innovative efficiency.The results are as below.Firstly,the collaborative agglomeration of the two industries has obvious spatial imbalance,with a slightly fluctuating downward trend overall,the highest agglomeration in the East,and the lowest in the West.The inter-regional differences constitute the primary source of variation.Secondly,innovative efficiency shows an upward trend,with the highest level in the East and the most significant growth in the central region.This enhancement is jointly driven by both technical efficiency and technological progress.Thirdly,the collaborative agglomeration of the two industries not only drives the improvement of innovative efficiency in the local area,but also generates positive spillover effects on neighboring areas,with the most significant impact in the East.Accordingly,policy recommendations are put forward to promote the improvement of innovative efficiency and high-quality economic development.
