摘要
在对竹材的热压干燥特性分析的基础上,以竹材干燥过程影响因素为评价指标。采用模糊灰色关联分析法对竹材干燥过程的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:水温温度,水煮时间,热压温度,压缩率四个参数对干燥速率的模糊灰色关联度分别为0.8286,0.8421,0.9163和0.8393,即热压温度对竹材干燥速率影响最显著,余下的影响程度依次是水煮时间、压缩率和水温温度,该研究能够为竹材干燥工艺的提高提供一定的参考依据。
Based on the analysis of the hot press drying characteristics of bamboo,the influencing factors of bamboo drying process are used as evaluation indicators.The fuzzy grey correlation analysis method was used to analyze the influencing factors of bamboo drying process.The results showed that the fuzzy grey correlation degrees of the four parameters of water temperature,boiling time,hot pressing temperature,and compression rate on drying rate were 0.8286,0.8421,0.9163,and 0.8393,respectively,indicating that hot pressing temperature has the greatest impact on drying rate,and the remaining degrees of influence are boiling time,compression rate,and water temperature in order.This study can provide a certain reference basis for improving the drying process of bamboo.
