政策组合下新能源汽车闭环供应链协调研究

Research on Closed-Loop Supply Chain Coordination ofNew Energy Vehicles under Policy Combination

摘要 探讨在政策组合下,由制造商和销售商以及消费者构成的三级新能源汽车闭环供应链的协调问题。运用Stackelberg博弈模型,构建3个不同情形的供应链模型,分析政策组合对闭环供应链最优决策的影响。结果表明,政策组合能够明显提高闭环供应链的回收价格和总回收量,但会减少正向供应链各主体利润。设计利润共享-费用共担契约以提高正向、逆向供应链各主体利润及闭环供应链总利润,通过算例分析验证该契约有效实现了供应链的帕累托改进。 To explore the coordination problem of the three-level closed-loop supply chain of new energy vehicles,which consists of manufacturers,sellers and consumers,under the policy combination.Using the Stackelberg game model,three supply chain models with different scenarios are constructed to analyse the impact of policy combinations on the optimal decisions of the closed-loop supply chain.The results show that the policy combination can increase the recycling price and total recycling volume of the closed-loop supply chain,but reduce the profit of each subject of the positive supply chain.A profit-sharing-cost-sharing contract is designed to increase the profits of the forward and reverse supply chains and the total profit of the closed-loop supply chain,and it is verified that the contract effectively achieves the Pareto improvement of the supply chain through the analysis of cases.
