物联网技术在医院文书档案管理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Internet of Things Technology in Hospital Document Archive Management

为解决传统文书档案管理模式存在的效率低、隐患多等问题,并发挥医院文书档案的最大价值,维护医院各科室正常运营,提升医疗服务水平,文章提出开发一套物联网架构的智慧文书档案管理系统的观点。该智慧文书档案管理系统由基础设施层、数据资源层、应用服务层和用户层四个功能维度组成,当用户登录系统后,可通过系统终端获取文书档案入库、查询、利用、销毁等多重功能。在智慧文书档案管理系统的试点中,经实验验证显示,电子版文书档案归档、分类、查阅时间较传统模式用时更短,显著提升文书档案利用率,较试运行阶段与同期成本显著降低。

To address the issues of low efficiency and multiple hidden dangers in traditional document archive manage‐ment mode,and to maximize the value of hospital documents archives,maintain the normal operation of various de‐partments,and improve the level of medical services,this article proposes the development of a smart document ar‐chive management system based on the Internet of Things(IoT)architecture.The smart document archive manage‐ment system consists of four functional dimensions:infrastructure layer,data resource layer,application service layer,and user layer.After logging into the system,users can access multiple functions such as document archive storage,query,utilization,and destruction through the system terminal.Experimental verification in the pilot project of the smart document archive management system has shown that the time required for archiving,classifying,and retriev‐ing electronic document archive is shorter than in the traditional mode,the utilization rate of document archive is sig‐nificantly improved,and the costs during the trial operation phase were significantly lower compared to the same pe‐riod in the traditional mode.
