摘要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,事业单位数字化档案管理逐渐成为提高工作效率与资源配置合理性的关键。该管理模式不仅有效减少人力成本、优化存储空间,还有助于加强数据安全,确保信息的完整性。然而,在数字化转型的过程中也存在诸多挑战,诸如数据迁移的复杂性、安全隐患及员工的培训需求。文章提出一系列优化策略,包括完善数据迁移机制、加强信息安全防护以及增强员工技能培训,以应对上述问题,进而为事业单位数字化档案管理提供实践指导。
With the rapid development of information technology,digital archives management in public institutions has gradually become a key factor in improving work efficiency and optimizing resource allocation.This manage‐ment approach not only effectively reduces labor costs and optimizes storage space but also enhances data security and ensures the integrity of information.However,the digital transformation process also presents several challenges,such as the complexity of data migration,security risks,and the need for staff training.This paper proposes a series of optimization strategies,including improving the data migration mechanism,enhancing information security measures,and strengthening staff training,to address these issues and provide practical guidance for the digital archives manage‐ment in public institutions.
