图书馆智慧空间服务用户满意度研究

摘要 文章基于技术接受模型和信息系统成功模型,建立图书馆智慧空间服务用户满意度影响因素模型并用结构方程模型方法对概念模型进行验证。分析结果表明,图书馆智慧空间服务用户满意度受到信息质量、系统质量、服务质量、感知易用性和感知有用性的显著正向影响。同时信息质量、服务质量和感知易用性对感知有用性有显著的正向影响,系统质量对感知易用性有显著的正向影响。 Based on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)and the Information System Success Model(ISSM),the article establishes a model of factors influencing user satisfaction with library smart space services and validates the conceptual model using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM).The analysis results show that user satisfaction with library smart space services is significantly and positively influenced by information quality,system quality,service quality,perceived ease of use,and perceived usefulness.Additionally,information quality,service quality,and per‐ceived ease of use have a significant positive influence on perceived usefulness,while system quality has a significant positive influence on perceived ease of use.
