摘要
近年来,我国社会快速发展,推动高校管理的进步。工资是高校管理中的重要内容之一,与教职工密切相关,如工资管理出现问题,会影响教职工的积极性。人事档案信息是工资管理的重要参考依据,高校应高度重视,根据自身的实际情况,灵活地利用人事档案信息,保证工资管理的科学性及严谨性,提高高校整体的管理水平,从而推动高校的良性发展。文章主要基于高校工资管理中人事档案信息的利用研究展开论述。
In recent years,the rapid development of Chinese society has driven advancements in university manage‐ment.Salary is a key aspect of university management,closely related to the faculty and staff.Any issues in salary management can affect the motivation of the faculty and staff.Personnel file information serves as a crucial reference for salary management.Universities should place significant emphasis on it,and flexibly utilize this information based on their specific circumstances to ensure the scientific and rigorous nature of salary management.This ap‐proach aims to enhance the overall management level of the university and promote its healthy development.This ar‐ticle focuses on the research concerning the utilization of personnel file information in university salary management.
