摘要
为研究质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)错位装配的影响,探讨单电池代替多电池电堆进行仿真研究的可行性,并讨论密封垫错位产生的原因以及密封垫错位的最大安全范围。将滑移角、滑移距离、密封垫与膜电极框架接触点压力、密封路径长度作为密封结构变形判断指标,研究在密封垫错位的对密封结构变形的影响,以及在最大安全范围内,矩形、半圆形、双峰形截面密封垫对密封结构变形的影响。结果表明:单电池与多电池电堆在装配中的各项性能非常接近,可以使用单电池代替多电池进行仿真分析;错位距离过大可能导致PEMFC在装配阶段密封结构变形严重,保证密封结构稳定的最大安全错位距离为0.3 mm;在相同装配条件下,双峰形密封垫因其特殊形状而具有多个空腔和接触部分,具有滑移小、密封路径长的优点。
To investigate the impact of misaligned assembly of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs),the feasibility of using single cells instead of multi-cell stacks for simulation research was explored,and the causes of gasket misalignment and the maximum safety range of gasket misalignment were discussed.The slip angle,slip distance,pressure at the contact point between the gasket and the membrane electrode frame,and seal path length were used as indicators for judging the deformation of the seal structure,the effect of gasket misalignment on the deformation of sealing structures,as well as the effect of rectangular,semi-circular and double-peaked cross-section gaskets on the deformation of the sealing structure,were studied within the maximum safety range of gasket misalignment.The results show that the performance of single cells and multi-cell stacks in assembly is very similar,and single cells can be used for simulation analysis instead of multi-cell stacks.Excessive misalignment distance may lead to severe deformation of the sealing structure of PEMFC during assembly,and the maximum safe misalignment distance to ensure the stability of the sealing structure is 0.3 mm.Under the same assembly conditions,the bimodal gasket has multiple cavities and contact part due to its special shape,which has the advantages of small slip and long sealing path.
