摘要
通过在加载压板上安装平行梁式力传感器,对面接触油膜润滑测量系统的摩擦力测量单元进行改进。在充分供油和限量供油的条件下,使用改进后的测量系统对基础油PAO10和PAO20的摩擦力及膜厚进行测量。测量结果表明,摩擦力测量单元相对误差小于1.5%,加载压板上平行梁式应变传感器的安装对膜厚测量没有影响。分析充分供油下载荷、速度以及黏度对摩擦力及膜厚的影响。结果表明:随着载荷、速度以及黏度的增大,膜厚及摩擦力均增大。在极端乏油工况下,低速时与PAO10相比,PAO20有高的膜厚且摩擦力差距很小,而随着速度增加,PAO20的膜厚低于PAO10,摩擦力远高于PAO10,表明在极端乏油工况下,低速下高黏度润滑剂润滑效果更好,高速下黏度更低的润滑剂占优势。
The slider-on-disc contact oil film lubrication friction measurement system was improved by installing a parallel beam type force transducer on the loading pressure plate to contact the friction force measuring unit.Under the condition of sufficient oil supply and limited oil supply,the friction and film thickness of the base oils PAO10 and PAO20 were measured using a modified measuring system.The measurement results show that the relative error of the friction measuring cell is less than 1.5%,and the installation of parallel beam strain transducers on the loading pressure plate has no effect on the film thickness measurement.The effects of load,velocity and viscosity on friction and film thickness under sufficient oil supply were analyzed.It is found that,as the load,speed,and viscosity increase,the film thickness and friction force also increase.PAO20 has high film thickness and similar friction compared with PAO10 at low speed under extreme oil-exhaustion conditions.As the speed increases,the film thickness of PAO20 is lower than that of PAO10,and the friction is much higher than that of PAO10.This indicates that under extreme oil-exhaustion conditions,high viscosity lubricants have better lubrication effects at low speeds,while lubricants with lower viscosity at high speeds have better lubrication effects.
