摘要
在当前国家深入实施创新驱动发展战略的背景下,加速构建并强化高校创新型教师队伍已成为建设创新型国家的重要抓手。文章探讨了高校创新型教师队伍建设的理想样态,为构建一支具备高度创新能力、前瞻创新理念的教师队伍提供了明确的目标和方向。在此基础上,文章分析了制约其发展的关键因素,包括体制政策局限、资源分配不均、外部激励不足等,并提出了基于问题导向的逻辑选择,即解决不同问题可以采取的具体路径和策略,以期为实现高校创新型教师队伍的发展提供参考。
As the innovation-driven development strategy is vigorously implemented in our country, accelerating and strengthening the construction of an innovative teaching team in universities has become an important way to build an innovative country. This article explores the ideal state of building an innovative teaching team in universities, providing clear goals and directions for building a teaching team with high innovation capabilities and forward-looking innovative ideas. On this basis, the article further analyzes the key factors that constrain its development, which include institutional policy limitations, uneven resource allocation, and insufficient external incentives. Finally, a problem-oriented logical choice is proposed, which refers to the specific paths and strategies that can be taken to solve different problems, so as to provide reference for the development of innovative teacher team in universities.
