摘要
随着世界各国对职业本科教育的逐步重视,职业教育体系高移化趋势将长期存在。然而,当前学界主要从合法性视角出发,鲜有对以正义性为主要特征的职业本科教育作出诠释。源于对正义性概念的深度解读,职业本科教育正义性的子特征有正当性与合法性两个概念,前者强调制度正义性,后者反映事实正义性。当合法性具备向正当性转变的可能时,具有正义性的职业本科教育就具备向正义教育转化的契机。面向未来,充分把握职业本科教育正义性从诞生到彰显再到成为趋势的全演进周期,有助于分析职业本科教育正义性彰显的行动取向,以此为促进职业本科教育正义性发展提供学理保障。
With attention gradually paid to vocational undergraduate education in various countries, the upward mobility trend of the vocational education system will exist for a long time. However, the current academic community mainly interprets vocational undergraduate education from the perspective of legitimacy, and there are few interpretations of vocational undergraduate education by treating justice as the main characteristic. Based on a deep interpretation of the concept of justice, the sub-characteristics of justice in vocational undergraduate education are legitimacy and legality. The former emphasizes institutional justice, and the latter reflects factual justice. When legitimacy has the potential to transform into justice, vocational undergraduate education with justice has the opportunity to transform into justice education. Looking towards the future, fully grasping the full evolutionary cycle of justice in vocational undergraduate education from its birth to manifestation and then to becoming a trend, can help analyze the action orientation of justice in vocational undergraduate education and provide theoretical support for promoting the development of justice in vocational undergraduate education.
