摘要
对一起集中型馈线自动化线路自愈失败事故案例进行分析,发现当环网柜出线断路器与电流互感器之间发生死区故障时,传统的馈线自动化技术不再适用。利用Simulink建立仿真模型,模拟本起事故馈线自动化系统的动作过程,分析转供失败的原因,并在传统馈线自动化动作逻辑的基础上提出了改进方案,以避免此类事故的发生。仿真结果验证了改进方案的有效性。
A self-healing failure accident of a centralized feeder automation line is analyzed,and it is found that the traditional feeder automation technology is no longer applicable when a dead zone fault occurs between the outgoing circuit breaker and the current transformer in the ring main unit.A simulation model is established using Simulink to simulate the operation process of the feeder automation system during the accident,the causes of load transfer failure are analyzed,and an improvement scheme is pro⁃posed based on the traditional feeder automation action logic so as to prevent such accidents.The simulation results verify the ef⁃fectiveness of the improvement scheme.
