高职院校技能竞赛管理体系与备赛机制研究

Study on the Management System and Preparation Mechanism of Skills Competition in Higher Vocational Colleges

针对以英语学科为代表的薄弱学科在技能竞赛工作中面临的各种问题,结合英语类技能竞赛的实际情况,创新构建了由学校、二级学院、赛项工作室和指导教师团队组成的四级英语技能竞赛管理体系,以及涵盖选手选拔、培养模式和训练方法3个方面的备赛机制。该体系为改进和提升高职院校薄弱学科的技能竞赛工作提供了有益的探索和实践经验。

In allusion to various problems faced by the weak disciplines represented by English in the skills competition,the fourlevel English skills competition management system consisting of the college,the second-level colleges,the competition studio and the team of instructors has been innovatively constructed regarding the actual situation of the English skills competition,and the preparation mechanism covering three aspects,namely,the selection,training mode and training method of contestants has al⁃so been constructed.This system provides beneficial exploration and practical experience for improving and promoting the skills competition of weak disciplines in higher vocational colleges.
