臭氧水配合威伐光治疗手部湿疹临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of Ozone Water Combined with Weifa Light on Hand Eczema

目的采用臭氧水浸泡联合威伐光照射治疗手部湿疹,并观察其疗效,分析和探讨其治疗手部湿疹可能的作用机制。方法选择2023年1月至2023年12月在泉州市皮肤病防治院皮肤科门诊就诊,并诊断为手部湿疹的患者60例,将接受常规治疗+臭氧治疗的30例患者设置为对照组,将在对照组基础上增加威伐光治疗的30例患者设置为试验组。所有患者均治疗2个周期,对比治疗效果。结果治疗7 d后其手部湿疹面积及严重程度指数(HECSI)评分、瘙痒程度、治疗积分低于治疗前,且治疗14 d后低于治疗7 d后(P<0.05);试验组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论在手部湿疹的治疗中应用臭氧水配合威伐光治疗可改善瘙痒等手部湿疹临床症状,提高治疗效果,患者治疗有效率高,受益更大,且该法安全性高。

Objective to observe the therapeutic effect of ozone water immersion combined with Vivalol irradiation in the treatment of hand eczema,and to analyze and explore its possible mechanism of action in the treatment of hand eczema.Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed with hand eczema were selected from the dermatology outpatient department of Quanzhou Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023.30 patients receiving conventional treatment plus ozone treatment were set as the control group,and 30 patients receiving additional treatment with wilva light were set as the experimental group.All patients were treated for 2 cycles and the therapeutic effect was compared.Results After 7 days of treatment,the eczema area and severity index(HECSI)score,itching degree and treatment score of the hands were lower than before treatment,and after 14 days of treatment were lower than after 7 days of treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during treatment in both groups.Conclusions Ozone water combined with Vivalol in the treatment of hand eczema can improve the clinical symptoms such as pruritus and improve the therapeutic effect.The effective rate of the patients is high,the benefit is greater,and the method is safe.
