家庭养育环境对儿童早期发育及情绪社会性发展的影响

目的研究儿童早期发育及情绪社会性发展受到家庭养育环境的影响情况。方法调查2022年1月至2023年12月厦门市湖里区禾山街道社区卫生服务中心儿童保健科收入的100例儿童的早期发育过程。2岁时应用儿童家庭养育环境量表(1~3岁)进行家庭养育环境的调查,得出各方面的分数。儿童2岁时使用格赛尔发育诊断量表评估儿童早期发育水平。同时使用中国幼儿情绪及社会性发展量表评估儿童2岁时的情绪、社会性发展水平。研究分析家庭养育环境对儿童早期发育、情绪及社会性发展的影响。结果语言、认知与语言水平、适应能力水平及社交行为水平存在正相关性,自理、社会适应与语言水平存在正相关性(均P<0.05)。情感温暖、环境气氛与儿童失调域呈负相关性,与儿童能力域呈正相关性(均P<0.05)。语言、认知与儿童能力域呈正相关性(P<0.05)。自理、社会适应与儿童失调域呈负相关性,与儿童能力域呈正相关性(均P<0.05)。忽视、惩罚与儿童外化行为域、失调域呈负相关性,与儿童能力域呈正相关性(均P<0.05)。结论家庭养育环境对儿童早期发育及情绪社会性发展有较大影响。

Objective To study the children’s early development and emotional social development under the influence of family nurture environment conditions.Methods Follow-up of early developmental course of 100 infants and toddlers included from January 2022 to December 2023 in Child Health Care Department of Huli Heshan Community Health Service Center in Xiamen.At the age of 2 years,the child family parenting environment scale(1-3 years)was used to investigate the family parenting environment and obtained scores in all aspects.The level of early childhood development was assessed using the Gessel developmental diagnostic scale at 2 years of age.The emotional and social development scale of Chinese children was also used to assess the emotional and social development level of children at 2 years.To analyze the influence of family parenting environment on early childhood development and emotional and social development.Results There were positive correlation between language,cognition,adaptability and social behavior,a positive correlation between self-care and social adaptation and language(all P<0.05).Emotional warmth,environmental atmosphere and the children were negatively correlated with the disorder domain and positively associated with the competence domain(all P<0.05).Language and cognition were positively correlated with children’s ability domain(P<0.05).Self-care and social adaptation were negatively associated with the child disorder domain and positively associated with the competence domain(all P<0.05).Neglect and punishment were negatively associated with child externalized behavior domain and dysregulation domain,and positive correlation with competence domain(all P<0.05).Conclusions Home nurture environment has a great impact on children’s early development and emotional and social development.
