网络平台的多途径健康教育的延伸护理改善宫颈炎心理状态的研究

A Study on Improving the Psychological Status of Cervicitis by Extending Health Education Through Multiple Pathways on Network Platforms and Nursing Care

目的观察宫颈炎患者延伸护理中接受网络平台的多途径健康教育对心理状态改善作用。方法筛选本院确诊医治宫颈炎患者共200例,时间集中2022年8月至2023年8月。依照入院号随机分组,对照组、观察组平均100例。对照组实施延伸护理,观察组在此基础实施基于网络平台的多途径健康教育。从健康知识知晓度、负面情绪、心理韧性、自我护理能力对两组综合评价。结果观察组健康知识总知晓率较对照组更高(P<0.05)观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组自强、坚韧、乐观等心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)评分,以及自我概念、自护技能、自我责任感、健康知识水平等自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论宫颈炎患者延伸护理中接受网络平台的多途径健康教育,有助于提高健康知识知晓度,减轻负面情绪,增强心理韧性,提升自护能力。

Objective To observe the effect of multi-channel health education of network platform on improving psychological state in extended care of cervicitis patients.Methods A total of 200 patients with cervicitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital were screened,and the time was concentrated from August 2022 to August 2023.The patients in control group and observation group were randomly divided according to admission number,with an average of 100 cases.The control group was given extended nursing care,and the observation group was given multi-channel health education based on the network platform.Health knowledge awareness,negative emotions,mental toughness and self-care ability were evaluated comprehensively.Results The total health knowledge knowledge rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)scores such as self-improvement,resilience and optimism,as well as the exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)scores such as self-concept,self-care skills,self-responsibility,and health literacy,were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions In the extended care of cervicitis patients,the multi-channel health education on the network platform is helpful to improve the awareness of health knowledge,reduce negative emotions,enhance mental toughness and improve self-care ability.
