摘要
目的探究气压治疗仪联合早期康复训练干预对老年脑出血患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的影响。方法共计福建医科大学附属第一医院94例老年脑出血患者,入组时间2021年10月至2023年10月,以随机数字表法将其分为A组、B组,均47例,在DVT防护中,A组实施早期康复训练、B组实施气压治疗仪联合早期康复训练干预,比较两组DVT发生率、干预前后股静脉血流速度、凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、D二聚体(D-D)、血纤维蛋白原(FBG)。结果B组DVT发生率较A组低(P<0.05);干预后B组股静脉峰值血流速度、股静脉平均血流速度水平均较A组高,B组腿围周径水平较A组低(P<0.05);干预后B组PT、APTT水平较A组高,D-D、FBG水平较A组低(P<0.05)。结论对老年脑出血患者实施气压治疗仪联合早期康复训练干预可降低其DVT发生率,改善下肢血流状态、腿围周径及凝血功能。
Objective To explore the effect of air pressure therapy combined with early rehabilitation training on the formation of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in the lower limbs of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage,enrolled from October 2021 to October 2023,in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were divided into group A and Group B by random number table method,with 47 cases.In DVT protection,group A received early rehabilitation training,group B received barometric therapy combined with early rehabilitation training intervention.The incidence of DVT,femoral vein blood flow velocity,prothrombin time(PT),partial thromboplastin time(APTT),D-dimer(D-D),blood fibrinogen(FBG)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of DVT in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).After intervention,the peak blood flow velocity and average blood flow velocity of femoral vein in group B were higher than those in group A,and the level of leg circumference diameter in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of PT and APTT in group B were higher than those in group A,and the levels of D-D and FBG were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusions In elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage,air pressure therapy combined with early rehabilitation training can reduce the incidence of DVT,improve the lower limb blood flow status,leg circumference and coagulation function.
