产后访视对母婴健康的有效性观察及对母乳喂养率和睡眠质量的影响

Observation of the Effectiveness of Postpartum Visits on Maternal and Infant Health and Analysis of the Impact of Breastfeeding Rate and Sleep Quality

目的分析产后访视对母婴健康的有效性观察及母乳喂养率、睡眠质量影响。方法研究时间:2020年1月至2023年12月,筛选本院进行产后访视的产妇,共339例,纳入观察组,并选取同期未进行产后访视的产妇300例,纳入对照组。对其产后恢复情况进行统计分析,包括母婴健康水平等。结果观察组产后母乳喂养比例大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新生儿湿疹、红臀、脐部感染、口腔感染、新生儿生理性黄疸、新生儿肺炎发生率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在产后乳头皲裂、乳腺炎、产褥感染、产后子宫复旧不良、便秘、痔疮发生率、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对产妇进行产后42 d内的访视,有助于提升母乳喂养率,可降低母婴产后并发症发生风险,更利于提高产妇的睡眠质量。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of postpartum visits on maternal and infant health,as well as the impact of breastfeeding rate and sleep quality.Methods From January 2020 to December 2023,339 postpartum women who underwent postpartum visits in our hospital were selected and included in the observation group.300 postpartum women who did not undergo postpartum visits during the same period were selected and included in the control group.Statistical analysis of postpartum recovery,including maternal and infant health levels,breastfeeding status,and maternal sleep quality.Results The proportion of postpartum breastfeeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the proportion of mixed feeding(P>0.05),The incidence of neonatal eczema,red hip,umbilical cord infection,oral infection,neonatal physiologic jaundice and neonatal pneumonia in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of chapped nipple,mastitis,puerperal infection,poor uterine rehabilitation,constipation,hemorrhoids and sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Visiting postpartum women within 42 days after delivery can help improve breastfeeding rates,reduce the risk of postpartum complications for both mother and baby,and improve the sleep quality of mothers.
