宫腔镜下电切术联合药物治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效

Clinical Effect Analysis of Hysteroscopic Electroresection Combined with Treatment of Endometrial Polyps and Cervical Polyps

目的分析宫腔镜下电切术联合药物治疗对子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效。方法选取南安市妇幼保健院2021年1月至2023年12月治疗的330例子宫内膜息肉患者,以随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,各组165例。其中对照组实施常规刮宫术,观察组采用宫腔镜下电切术联合地屈孕酮治疗。研究分析不同治疗方式在围手术期指标、炎症指标、疼痛感、术后并发症发生率、治疗有效率等方面的临床应用效果。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间、月经恢复时间、住院时间、治疗后中性粒细胞百分比(NEUT%)、白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、疼痛评分(VAS)、术后并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度、治疗有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下电切术联合治疗子宫内膜息肉,可降低术后血清指标水平,减轻疼痛感,减少术中出血量,缩短住院时间,治疗安全性、有效性较高。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of combined hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of endometrial polyps and cervical polyps.Methods A total of 330 patients with endometrial polyps treated from January 2021 in Nanan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected,and the basic basis of group division was divided into control group and observation group.The number of cases in each group was 165.The control group and the observation group underwent conventional curettage and hysteroscopic resection combined with dexroone,respectively.The study analyzes the clinical effects of different treatment methods in perioperative indicators,inflammation indicators,pain sensation,postoperative complication rate,and treatment efficiency.Results The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,menstrual recovery time,hospital stay,neutrophil percentage(NEUT%),white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),pain score(VAS)and postoperative complication rate in observation group were all lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness and effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hysteroscopic electroresection combined with treatment of endometrial polyps and cervical polyps can reduce postoperative serum index level,relieve pain,reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten hospital stay,and have high safety and effectiveness.
