按时进行儿童保健与不按时进行儿童保健对1岁以内小儿生长发育的影响

Effects of On-Time and Off-Time Child Health Care on Growth and Development of Children Under 1 Year Old

目的探析1岁以内的小儿是否按时进行儿童保健对其生长发育的影响。方法从在福建省武夷山市妇幼保健院2021年1月至2023年8月接受儿童保健的1岁以内小儿中抽取89例进行回顾性分析,根据保健干预方法的区别分成两组,分别为对照组(45例,未按时接受儿童保健)和观察组(44例,按时接受儿童保健)。对比两组儿童保健干预前后的生长(身长、体重、头围)情况、发育(0~6岁儿童神经心理发育量表)情况,统计两组营养性疾病发病率。结果观察组干预后的身长、体重、头围均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后的精细动作、适应性、语言能力等维度评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组营养性疾病发病率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论1岁以内小儿按时接受儿童保健,有助于体重、身长、头围等生长指标稳步增长,同时还能提高其语言能力、精细动作能力、感官能力等方面的升高,促进生长发育,并降低营养性疾病发病风险,为小儿健康成长奠定坚实基础。

Objective To explore the influence of whether children under 1 year old receive child health care on time on their growth and development.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 89 children aged 1 year or less who received child healthcare at the Women and Children’s Healthcare Institute in Wuyishan City,Fujian Province from January 2021 to August 2023,with the 89 cases divided into two groups based on the differences in healthcare intervention methods,namely the control group(45 cases)who did not receive child healthcare on schedule,and the observation group(44 cases)who received child healthcare on schedule.The growth(body length,body weight,head circumference)and development(neuropsychological development scale for children aged 0-6 years)of the two groups were compared before and after health care intervention,and the incidence of nutritional diseases of the two groups were analyzed.Results The body length,body weight and head circumference of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of fine motor,adaptability and language ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nutritional diseases in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Children under 1 year old receive child health care on time,which is conducive to the steady growth of weight,length,head circumference and other growth indicators,and can also improve their language ability,fine motor ability,sensory ability and other aspects,promote significant growth and development,and reduce the risk of nutritional diseases,laying a solid foundation for the healthy growth of children.
