脑外伤手术室护理中应用循证护理对手术配合及安全隐患的影响

Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing on Operation Cooperation and Hidden Danger in Brain Trauma Operation Room

目的评估循证护理应用在脑外伤手术室护理中的效果及对手术配合、安全隐患的影响。方法纳入2021年1月至2023年12月福建省三明市第二医院接受手术治疗的66例脑外伤患者,遵循随机数字表法分组,即对照组(纳入33例,给予常规手术室护理)、观察组(纳入33例,加用循证护理),评价组间手术相关指标、改良早期预警量表(MEWS)、满意度、不良事件发生率。结果护理后,相比于对照组,观察组心率、体温、收缩压、呼吸、意识状态评分更低(均P<0.05)。较之对照组,观察组手术持续时间、术前准备时间更短,术中出血量更少,总满意度更高,不良事件发生更少(均P<0.05)。结论在脑外伤手术室护理中实施循证护理,可以提高手术配合度,优化手术相关指标,减少安全隐患,促进病情转归,提高满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing in brain trauma operation room and its influence on Operation Cooperation and safety.Methods A total of 66 patients with traumatic brain injury from January 2021 to December 2023 in Sanming Second Hospital were enrolled in this study,that is:control group(33 cases,given routine operation room nursing),Observation Group(33 cases,plus evidence-based nursing),the related indexes of operation,modified early warning scale(Mews),satisfaction and adverse events were evaluated.Results After care,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower heart rate,body temperature,systolic blood pressure,respiration,and conscious state scores(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter duration of surgery,shorter preoperative preparation time,less intraoperative bleeding,higher overall satisfaction,and fewer adverse events(all P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of evidencebased nursing in brain trauma operation room can improve the cooperation degree of operation,optimize the operation-related indexes,reduce the hidden danger of safety,promote the prognosis of the disease and increase the degree of satisfaction.
