虎符铜砭刮痧对颈椎病患者VAS评分及颈部功能的改善分析

Analysis of the Improvement of VAS Score and Neck Function in Patients with Cervical Spondylosis by Hufu Tongbian Guasha

目的分析虎符铜砭刮痧在颈椎病患者中的应用效果和价值。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月我院收治的84例颈椎病患者,采用随机数字表法分入两组,对照组(42例)采用常规护理,观察组(42例)采用虎符铜砭刮痧,比较两组临床效果、证候积分、疼痛程度以及颈部功能。结果干预后,观察组颈部活动受限、骨痹刺痛、肢体麻木证候评分均较对照组更低(均P<0.05)。干预后相比于对照组,观察组测得颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分以及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分更低,颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)评分及临床总有效率更高(均P<0.05)。结论虎符铜砭刮痧对颈椎病患者临床效果提升、证候积分降低、疼痛程度缓解以及颈部功能改善等均可产生积极影响。

Objective To analyze the application effect and value of Hufu Tongbian Guasha in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 84 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted between January 2022 and January 2023 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table.The control group(42 cases)received routine nursing care,while the observation group(42 cases)received Hufu Tongbian Guasha.The clinical effects,syndrome scores,pain levels,and neck function of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the observation group had lower scores of limited neck movement,bone paralysis and tingling,and numbness in the limbs than the control group(all P<0.05).After the intervention,the observation group had lower scores on the neck disability index(NDI)and the visual analogue scale(VAS),and higher scores on the clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis(CASCS)and the clinical overall effectiveness rate compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Hufu Tongbian Guasha has a positive effect on improving clinical outcomes,reducing syndrome scores,relieving pain,and improving neck function in patients with cervical spondylosis.
