知信行模式下的综合护理对慢性牙周炎患者洁治术后的效果观察

Observation of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Under the Mode of Knowledge and Practice on Patients with Chronic Periodontitis After Cleaning and Treatment

目的分析对接受洁治术治疗的慢性牙周炎患者实施知信行模式下的综合护理的干预效果。方法抽取2023年6月至2024年6月在我院接受洁治术治疗的慢性牙周炎患者84例,以随机信封法分组,接受口腔科常规护理干预的42例患者为对照组,在上述护理基础上接受基于知信行模式的综合护理干预的42例患者为观察组。对比牙周健康情况、对口腔健康的认知水平、口腔保健自我效能及并发症发生率。结果护理后,观察组龈沟出血指数、附着丧失指数、牙龈指数、菌斑指数评分以及并发症发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。护理后,观察组疾病危害、保持口腔卫生、口腔护理及注意事项等口腔健康认知评分,以及口腔保健自我效能量表(SESS)中正餐外少吃零食、定期口腔就诊、正确刷牙评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对接受洁治术治疗的慢性牙周炎患者实施基于知信行模式的综合护理干预可改善患者牙周健康情况,提高患者口腔健康知识认知水平及口腔健康行为自我效能,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic periodontitis who received cleaning operation under the mode of knowledge,belief and action.Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic periodontitis who received cleaning surgery in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided by random envelope method.42 patients who received routine nursing intervention in stomatology department were selected as the control group,and 42 patients who received comprehensive nursing intervention based on knowledge,belief and action pattern on the basis of the above nursing were selected as the observation group.Compare periodontal health status,cognitive level of oral health,and oral health self-efficacy and complication rate.Results After care,the gingival sulcus bleeding index,attachment loss index,gingival index,plaque index scores,and complication rates of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After care,the oral health awareness scores of the observation group for disease hazards,maintaining oral hygiene,oral care and precautions,and the scores of self-efficacy scale for self-care(SESS)for eating fewer snacks outside of regular meals,regular oral visits,and proper brushing were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention based on knowledge,belief and action can improve the periodontal health of patients with chronic periodontitis who receive cleaning treatment,and can improve the cognitive level of oral health knowledge and oral health behavior compliance of patients,and reduce the risk of complications.
