基于中西医临床病证特点的乳腺增生动物模型研究进展

摘要 目的总结分析目前乳腺增生动物模型的特点,促进其发病机制和临床新药的深入研究。方法挖掘与乳腺增生相关的所有动物模型,将其录入Excel中,并基于乳腺增生的中医证候特点和现代医学诊断标准,分析其造模方法、动物类别、动物体重及年龄、作用机制、模型的优点和缺点以及与临床症状的吻合度。结果目前乳腺增生动物模型以化学药物单因素诱导为主,其次是化学药物和物理刺激多因素诱导,最后是体内外结合造模方法。结论完善现有含中医证候的乳腺增生动物模型,改进乳腺增生动物模型的造模方法、模型缺点、作用机制以及与中西医临床吻合度,为临床治疗和预防乳腺增生奠定基础。 Objective To summarize the characteristics of animal models of hyperplasia of mammary glands to further the study of its pathogenesis and new drugs.Methods All animal models related to the hyperplasia of mammary glands were collected and recorded into Excel.Based on the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and modern medical diagnostic standards of breast hyperplasia,the modeling methods,animal categories,animal body mass and age,mechanism of action,advantages and disadvantages of the model,and the consistency with clinical symptoms were analyzed.Results The animal models were mainly induced by single chemical drugs,followed by combination of chemical drugs and physical stimulation.Finally,the single factor molding method.Conclusion To improve the existing animal models of hyperplasia of mammary gland with traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,improve the modeling method,model shortcomings,mechanism of action and clinical consistency with traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
