摘要
通过对国内主流重卡主机厂现有挂车线缆支架进行对标分析,发现我司某挂车线缆支架在结构和生产工艺上相较于其他主机厂都过于复杂。参考其他主机厂的挂车线缆支架设计思路,对现有挂车线缆支架进行结构优化。与此同时考虑支架供应商现有的生产条件,最大程度地沿用原先材料和设备,简化生产工艺,从而实现减重降本。对优化后的支架进行计算机辅助工程(CAE)仿真校核,使得优化后支架满足结构强度要求。对支架优化后的线缆走向及安装间隙进行校核,确保不对周边零件造成影响并且不影响现有的生产工序。经校核,优化后的支架方案能够实现减重和降本,并满足现有线缆支架的实际生产和安装要求。
Through benchmarking analysis of the existing cable brackets of trailer in mainstream domestic heavy truck factories,the structure and production process of a cable bracket of our company are too complex compared with other heavy truck factories.Referring to the design ideas of the brackets from other factories,the structure of the existing cable brackets is optimized.Considering the existing production conditions of the bracket suppliers at the same time,the original materials and equipment are used to the greatest extent to simplify the production process,so as to achieve the target of weight reduction and cost reduction.The computer aided engineering(CAE)simulation is carried out on the optimized bracket to ensure that the new bracket meets the structural strength requirements.The installation and clearance between with other parts of the simplified bracket are verified to ensure that there is no impact on surrounding parts and no influence on the installation.After verification,the new scheme can achieve the target of weight and cost reduction,and meet the production and installation requirements actually after verification.
