单双风扇及不同宽高比散热器换热特性研究

摘要 为研究风扇和散热器总成的换热特性,文章基于三维计算流体力学软件对单双风扇及不同宽高比散热器进行了系统研究,并对试验结果进行了对比分析,验证了模型的准确性,获得了不同因素对换热的影响规律。结果表明,在2~5 m/s的风速工况内,对于所研究的风扇和散热器总成结构,匹配单风扇的相同尺寸散热器的换热量略高于双风扇,换热性能更好。而且随风速增大,换热量增幅呈减缓趋势,单双风扇的换热量之间的差值先增大后减小。随宽高比增大,换热量增大,空气侧速度均匀性降低,当散热器芯体宽度增加到一定值时,速度均匀性呈回升趋势。 In order to study the heat transfer characteristics of fan and radiator assembly,this paper conducts a systematic study on single and double fans and radiators with different aspect ratios based on 3D computational fluid dynamics software,and conducts a comparative analysis of the test results to verify the accuracy of the model and obtain the influence rules of different factors on heat transfer.The results show that under the wind speed of 2~5 m/s,for the studied fan and radiator assembly structure,the heat transfer of the radiator of the same size matching single fan is slightly higher than that of the double fan,and the heat transfer performance is better.Moreover,with the increase of wind speed,the increase of heat transfer shows a slowing trend,and the difference between single and double fan heat transfer first increases and then decreases.With the increase of the aspect ratio,the heat transfer increases,and the velocity uniformity of the air side decreases.When the width of the radiator core increases to a certain value,the velocity uniformity tends to rise.
