摘要
目前汽车仪表板横梁总成主要采用钢管及钣金焊接而成。为开发一款低成本的轻量化仪表板横梁,文章提出采用长纤增强聚丙烯(PP)的铝塑混合结构,发现虽然较PA-GF60而言,PP-LGF40绝对拉伸强度和弹性模量较低,但比强度和比模量相当。通过增加壁厚、加强筋、结构的拓扑优和MOLDFLOW的工艺分析,文章开发的PP-LGF40铝塑仪表板横梁,不仅性能满足要求,还减重40%左右,为铝塑混合结构零部件的开发提供了参考和实践指导意义。
At present,the car cross beam assembly is mainly welded with steel pipes and sheet metal.To develop a low-cost lightweight dashboard cross beam,the article proposes aluminum-plastic hybrid structure which used by long fiber reinforced Polypropylene.It is found that although PP-LGF40 had lower absolute tensile strength and elastic modulus compared to PA-GF60,but its specific strength and specific modulus are comparable.By increasing wall thickness,strengthening ribs,optimizing the topology of the structure etc,the final PP-LGF40 aluminum-plastic car cross beam has been developed which not only meet the performance requirements but also reduce weight by about 40%.This article provides reference and practical guidance for the development of aluminum-plastic hybrid structural components.
