Trends in the global burden of occupational injuries from 1990 to 2019

目的:分析1990至2019年全球职业伤害负担变化趋势。方法:基于全球疾病负担数据库比较1990至2019年归因于职业伤害的年龄标化死亡率(ASMR)、年龄标化伤残调整寿命年率(ASDR)以及年估计百分比变化(EAPC),分析1990至2019年全球职业伤害负担变化趋势。结果:1990至2019年全球各地区归因于职业伤害的ASMR和ASDR均有不同程度下降。韩国ASMR和ASDR的降幅最大,EAPC(95%CI)分别为-10.42(-11.09~-9.76)和-8.44(-8.99~-7.90)。社会人口统计指数与职业伤害的ASMR和ASDR呈负相关(r P=-0.706和-0.599,P均<0.001)。结论:1990至2019年全球绝大多数国家的职业伤害负担呈下降趋势,但发展中国家职业伤害所致死亡、伤残调整寿命年、ASMR和ASDR相对较高。

Aim:To analyze the changing trend of global occupational injuries burden from 1990 to 2019.Methods:The age-standardized mortality rate(ASMR),age-standardized disability-adjusted life years rate(ASDR)and estimated annual percent change(EAPC)attributable to occupational injuries from 1990 to 2019 based on Global Burden of Disease Database were compared to analyze the trend of global occupational injuries burden.Results:From 1990 to 2019,ASMR and ASDR attributable to occupational injuries decreased to varying degrees in all regions of the world.ASMR and ASDR decreased most in South Korea,with EAPC(95%CI)of-10.42(-11.09 to-9.76)and-8.44(-8.99 to-7.90),respectively.Sociodemographic index(SDI)was negatively correlated with ASMR and ASDR of occupational injuries(r P=-0.706 and-0.599,all P<0.001).Conclusion:From 1990 to 2019,the burden of occupational injuries in most countries showed a downward trend.However,in developing countries,the ASMR and ASDR of occupational injuries,related mortality and disability-adjusted life years were relatively high.
