新质生产力对创新生态系统韧性的影响研究

Research on the Impact of New Quality Productivity on the Resilience of Innovation Ecosystems

积极培育新质生产力增强创新生态系统韧性是我国实现经济高质量发展的重要引擎之一。本文基于2013~2023年中国30个省(区、市)面板数据,探讨了新质生产力对创新生态系统韧性的影响及其作用机制。研究表明,新质生产力发展能增强创新生态系统韧性,劳动资料对创新生态系统韧性的促进作用最强;作用效果因地理位置和经济发展水平表现出明显的异质性,东部地区和高经济发展水平地区赋能效果更好;从传导机制来看,新质生产力可通过劳动力结构优化、技术创新进步和产业结构升级赋能创新生态系统韧性;另外,新质生产力对创新生态系统韧性的促进作用具有阶段性特征。以上结果深化了新质生产力对创新生态系统韧性的相关研究,可为政策制定提供理论支持和实践指导。

Actively cultivating new quality productivity and enhancing the resilience of the innovation ecosystem is one of the important engines for China to achieve high-quality economic development.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2013 to 2023,this paper explores the impact of new quality productivity on the resilience of innovation ecosystems and its mechanism.The results show that the development of new quality productivity can enhance the resilience of the innovation ecosystem,and the labor materials have the strongest role in promoting the resilience of the innovation ecosystem.The empowerment effect showed obvious heterogeneity due to geographical location and economic development level,and the empowerment effect was better in the eastern region and the regions with high economic development level.From the perspective of transmission mechanism,new quality productivity can empower the resilience of innovation ecosystem through labor structure optimization,technological innovation and progress,and industrial structure upgrading.In addition,the promotion effect of new quality productivity on the resilience of the innovation ecosystem has the characteristics of stages.The above results deepen the research on the resilience of innovation ecosystems with new quality productivity,and can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for policy formulation.
