清金化痰益肺汤合保和丸在肺炎中的应用价值及对肺功能、免疫功能的影响

Application Value of Qingjin Huatan Yifei Decoction Combined with Baohe Pill in Treating Pneumonia and its Influence on Lung Function and Immune Function

目的分析清金化痰益肺汤合保和丸在肺炎中的应用价值及对肺功能、免疫功能的影响。方法选取2021年1月-2023年6月崇仁县中医院收治的58例肺炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组29例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用清金化痰益肺汤合保和丸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肺功能[第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC]、免疫功能[免疫球蛋白免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)]、炎性细胞因子水平[白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)]。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的72.41%(P<0.05);两组治疗后FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC水平高于治疗前,且研究组FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后IgG、IgA、IgM水平高于治疗前,且研究组IgG、IgA、IgM水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后IL-10、IL-4水平低于治疗前,而IL-2水平高于治疗前,且研究组IL-10、IL-4水平低于对照组,而IL-2水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清金化痰益肺汤合保和丸在肺炎患者中的应用效果确切,可改善患者肺功能及免疫功能,减轻患者炎症反应。

Objective To analyze the application value of Qingjin Huatan Yifei decoction and Baohe pill in pneumonia and its effect on lung function and immune function.Methods A total of 58 patients with pneumonia admitted to Chongren County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 29 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with Qingjin Huatan Yifei decoction and Baohe pill.The clinical efficacy,lung function[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC],immune function[immunoglobulin immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)],and inflammatory cytokine levels[interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-2(IL-2)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.55%,which was higher than 72.41%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-10 and IL-4 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while the level of IL-2 was higher than that before treatment,and the expression levels of IL-10 and IL-4 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of IL-2 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingjin Huatan Yifei decoction combined with Baohe pill has a definite application effect in patients with pneumonia,which can improve the lung function and immune function of patients and reduce the inflammatory response of patients.
