花斑副沙鳅幼鱼周年生长特性研究

摘要 【目的】探明花斑副沙鳅幼鱼的生长规律,揭示其周年生长特性,为花斑副沙鳅养殖和规模生产提供理论依据。【方法】选取2月龄人工繁殖的花斑副沙鳅幼鱼作为研究对象,分别用游标卡尺和天平秤测量其体长、全长和体质量等周年生长数据并进行比较分析。【结果】花斑副沙鳅幼鱼周年平均体质量由0.47 g/尾增至2.12 g/尾,增幅为351.06%;平均体长由30.30 mm增至55.70 mm,增幅为83.83%。体质量变异系数为10.75%~30.56%;体长变异系数为6.77%~12.30%。周年体质量特定生长率为-0.35%/d~0.43%/d,体长特定生长率为1.28%/d~1.71%/d;肥满度为0.98~1.97。花斑副沙鳅幼鱼体质量全年均呈增长趋势,在水温月均值大于18℃时(3—8月),其体质量增长较快,增幅较大;在水温月均值小于18℃时(9月至翌年3月),其体质量增长趋势相对缓和,增幅较小;体长与体质量的拟合方程为y=0.0319x^(2.3004),异速生长系数(b)为2.3004;全长与体长的拟合方程为y=1.4553x^(0.8773),异速生长系数(b)为0.8773。【结论】花斑副沙鳅幼鱼在人工养殖条件下生长状况良好,属负异速增长类型,可根据其周年生长规律,分阶段和分季节优化投喂策略,促进其营养供给和快速生长。 【Objective】The growth law and annual growth characteristics of juvenile Parabotia fasciata were explored,which provided the theoretical basis for the cultivation and large-scale production of P.fasciata.【Method】2 month-old artificial cultivated juvenile P.fasciata was used as the research object,and the body length,whole length,body weight and other annual growth data were measured and compared by vernier caliper and balance.【Result】The annual average body weight of P.fasciata increased from 0.47 g/individual to 2.12 g/individual,with an increase of 351.06%.The average body length increased from 30.30 mm to 55.70 mm,with an increase of 83.83%.The variation coefficient of body weight and body length were 10.75%-30.56%and 6.77%-12.30%,respectively.The specific growth rate of annual body weight,body length and fullness for juvenile P.fasciata was−0.35%/d-0.43%/d,1.28%/d-1.71%/d and 0.98-1.97,respectively.The body weight of the juvenile P.fasciata showed an increasing trend throughout the year.When the monthly average water temperature was greater than 18℃(from March to August),the body weight increased rapidly and significantly.When the monthly average water temperature was less than 18℃(from September to March of the following year),the growth trend of body weight was relatively slow,with a small increase in amplitude.The fitting equation between the body length and body weight of the juvenile P.fasciata was y=0.0319x^(2.3004),and the allometric growth coefficient(b)was 2.3004.The fitting equation between whole length and body length was y=1.4553x^(0.8773),and the allometric growth coefficient(b)was 0.8773.【Conclusion】The growth status of the juvenile P.fasciata is good under artificial cultivation conditions,belonging to negative allometric growth type.According to the annual growth characteristics,the feeding strategy can be optimized in stages and seasons to promote its nutrient supply and rapid growth.
