摘要
本文运用文献考证、逻辑思辨、经验分析等方法,从能量通量视角对节食减重与运动减重进行了探讨,为健康体重的长期有效管理提供理论参考和实践建议。节食减重策略虽然可以利用制造能量赤字实现快速减体重,但由于受制于人类生物进化动力和当代“致胖环境”的影响,因无法长期维持低能量通量而最终导致体重反弹。运动减重策略虽然有助于维持高能量通量,但由于受到总能量消耗受限的影响,也容易出现减体重平台期及后继的体重反弹。通过以上分析从而得出结论:只有制定个性化的饮食和运动策略,将相对能量通量提升至适宜水平,方能实现减重成果的长期维持。
Using literature research,logical speculation,empirical analysis and other methods,this paper discusses dieting and exercise weight loss from the perspective of energy flux in order to provide theoretical references and practical suggestions for long-term effective management of healthy weight.Although dieting weight loss strategies can use the energy deficit to achieve rapid weight loss,due to the influence of human biological evolutionary dynamics and the contemporary“obesogenic environment”,it will eventually lead to weight rebound due to the inability to maintain low energy flux for a long time.Although the exercise weight loss strategy helps maintain high energy flux,it is also prone to a weight loss plateau and subsequent weight rebound due to the limited total energy consumption.The long-term maintenance of weight loss can be achieved by developing individualized dieting and exercise strategies to increase the relative energy flux to an appropriate level.
