个性全面和谐发展视角下高职人才培养方案探索——以湖北职业技术学院为例

摘要 当前高职院校人才培养方案及其实施过程存在培养目标定位有失偏颇、课程体系缺乏弹性、实践架构缺乏层次、课堂样态比较单调、“双创”教育机制不活等问题。对此,高职教育有必要借鉴个性全面和谐发展理论精髓,确立人本化培养目标,创建模块化课程体系,搭建进阶化实践架构,构建多样化课堂样态,实施项目化“双创”机制,创新人才培养方案,实现学生个性全面和谐发展。 The current talent training program and its implementation process in higher vocational colleges and universities have problems such as biased positioning of training objectives,lack of flexibility in the curriculum system,lack of levels in the practice structure,monotonous classroom style and inactive"dual-creation"education mechanism.In this regard,there is need for higher vocational education to draw on the essence of the theory of comprehensive and harmonious development of personality,establish human-oriented cultivation objectives,create a modularized curriculum system,build a progressive practice structure,construct diversified classroom styles and implement a project-based"dual-creation"mechanism,innovate talent training programs to achieve the comprehensive and harmonious development of students'personality.
