风光互补发电系统中储能系统控制策略研究

摘要 作为一种高效的非支配排序遗传算法,NSGA-II算法在多个优化问题的求解中发挥着重要作用。特别是在风光互补发电系统的储能控制优化方面,NSGA-II算法被广泛应用于寻找最优的储能控制策略,以实现系统经济效益的最大化和碳排放量的最小化,为可持续发展贡献力量。对此,基于NSGA-II算法构建了储能模型,分析了风光互补发电系统的能源转换,并结合负荷缺电率、系统成本函数设计了基于NSGA-II算法的风光互补发电系统容量优化方法。同时,应用Matlab软件开展对比实验,结果显示本研究提出的方法能够有效管理能量流动,提高能源利用效率,从而增强了控制策略的有效性与实用性。 As an efficient non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm,NSGA-II plays a significant role in solving various optimization problems.Particularly in the optimization of energy storage control in wind-solar hybrid power generation systems,NSGA-II is widely used to find the optimal energy storage control strategies,aiming to maximize economic benefits and minimize carbon emissions,contributing to sustainable development.Based on the NSGA-II algorithm,this study constructs an energy storage model,analyzes the energy conversion in wind-solar hybrid power generation systems,and designs a capacity optimization method for such systems by incorporating load shortage rate and system cost functions.Comparative experiments using Matlab software demonstrate that the proposed method effectively manages energy flow,improves energy utilization efficiency,and enhances the effectiveness and practicality of the control strategy.
