南梁红色音乐文化融入高校党建工作品牌建设策略研究

On the Brand Building Strategy of Integrating Nanliang Red Music Culture into University Party Building

音乐承载着人们对生活的理解和情感的寄托,同时也是人类文化的传承和延续。南梁红色音乐文化作为中国共产党建党百年的宝贵精神财富,蕴含着丰富的红色教育资源。近年来,南梁红色音乐文化在部分高校党建工作中的跨学科教学课程和研究项目、教师团队合作、社团活动开展主题文艺活动、红色文化研学等方面取得了长足的发展,如陇东学院南梁精神研究中心刘治立教授申报的《南梁精神融入高校立德树人工作研究》获准教育部2022年度高校思想政治工作精品项目。但也面临着一些问题,比如在党建品牌建设过程中存在理论研究不够、与党建工作结合不深、缺乏特色等问题,故研究如何将南梁红色音乐文化融入高校党建工作品牌建设之中具有重要意义。

Music carries people's understanding of life and emotional sustenance,and it is also the inheritance and continuation of human culture.As a precious spiritual wealth of the Communist Party of China in the past 100 years,Nanliang red music culture contains rich red educational resources.In recent years,Nanliang red music culture has made great progress in the Party building work of some colleges and universities in interdisciplinary teaching courses and research projects,teacher teamwork,club activities,theme literary and artistic activities,and red culture research,such as the “Research on the Integration of Nanliang Spirit into the Work of Lide and Cultivation in Colleges and Universities” declared by Professor Liu Zhili of the Nanliang Spiritual Research Center of Longdong University,which was approved by the Ministry of Education as a 2022 high-quality project of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.However,it also faces some problems,such as insufficient theoretical research,lack of deep integration with party building work,lack of characteristics,etc.,so it is of great significance to integrate Nanliang red music culture into the brand building of party building work in colleges and universities.
