摘要
在开放环境中,传统研发组织形式已经无法满足当下的创新活动要求,对于颠覆性创新而言更是如此。基于耗散结构理论,分析颠覆性创新研发联盟耗散结构形成动力、分岔方向与演化过程;以中国新能源汽车研发联盟为例,构建布鲁塞尔模型(Brusselator model)对颠覆性创新研发联盟耗散结构进行判定,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,识别颠覆性创新研发联盟耗散结构的实现条件。研究结果表明:(1)随着政府在新能源汽车研发方面的支持力度不断加强,中国新能源汽车研发联盟耗散结构发展呈上升趋势,未来一段时间内会维持耗散结构的连续;(2)对比耗散结构时间占比、耗散结构判定值状态发现,中国新能源汽车研发联盟耗散结构发展具有区域差异性;(3)与传统创新联盟路径依赖不同,中国新能源汽车研发联盟耗散结构的形成更多依靠开放、协同、竞合、自主的驱动作用。
In an open environment,traditional R&D organizational forms can no longer meet the requirements of current innovation activities,especially for disruptive innovation.Based on the theory of dissipative structure,the formation dynamics,bifurcation direction and evolution process of the dissipative structure of disruptive innovation R&D alliance are analyzed.Taking China's new energy vehicle R&D alliance as an example,the Brusselator model is constructed to judge the dissipative structure of disruptive innovation R&D alliances,and the fsQCA method is used to identify the realization conditions of the dissipative structure of disruptive innovation R&D alliances.The research results show that:(1)With the continuous strengthening of government support for the R&D of new energy vehicles,the development of the dissipative structure of China's new energy vehicle R&D alliance is on an upward trend,and the continuity of the dissipative structure will be maintained for some time in the future.(2)By comparing the proportion of dissipative structure time and the state of dissipative structure judgment value,it is found that the development of dissipative structure of China's new energy vehicle R&D alliance has regional differences.(3)Different from the path dependence of traditional innovation alliances,the formation of the dissipative structure of China's new energy vehicle R&D alliance relies more on the driving role of openness,collaboration,competition,and autonomy.
