This study aims to meet the strong demand for digital technology in modern enterprise asset management,provide technical support for relevant parties to carry out asset management digitization and maturity model application,and promote industry transformation and upgrading.Firstly,the development status of maturity model technology is deeply analyzed,by dismantling and analyzing the relevant elements and correlations in the framework of digital transformation of asset management,a technical analysis conclusion of digital maturity of asset management with closed-loop logical correlation is constructed,and enterprises in typical industries are selected for the application practice of the model.The construction of digital maturity model of asset management is necessary and feasible,which can provide effective technical support and guidance for enterprise asset management.The digital maturity model of asset management has been successfully constructed and applied to enterprises in typical industries,which verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the model and provides reference for the digital transformation of the industry.
