风电机组增速器振动状态检测与分析

摘要 增速器作为风电机组中重要的传动装置,需要对其运行状态进行实时监测和分析,以保障风力发电机组长时间稳定运行。对于不同振动状态下的增速器,其振动信号的概率密度曲线形状具有一定的可区分性,这为检测风电机组增速器的健康状态提供了依据。因此,提出一种符合增速器自身特点的健康状态检测方法。该方法基于数据驱动的方式分析了增速器振动信号的历史数据,建立了一个健康状态划分模型,可将实时测得的振动数据与模型对比来检测增速器的状态。 As an important transmission device in the wind turbine,the speed increaser needs to monitor and analyze its operating state in real time to ensure the long-term stable and reliable operation of the wind turbine.For the speed increaser under different vibration states,the shape of the probability density curve of the vibration signal has a certain distinguishability,which provides a basis for detecting the health status of the wind turbine speed increaser.Based on the data-driven method,this paper analyzes the historical data of the vibration signal of the accelerator,establishes a health state division model,compares the real-time measured vibration data with the model to realize the state detection,and completes the establishment of a health state detection method that conforms to the characteristics of the accelerator from the actual data.
