摘要
数字技术赋能乡村教育治理具有多重价值意蕴:数字技术的开放性、共享性、兼容性等特点有助于实现乡村教育治理形成多元主体治理格局;数字思维的精准性、动态性能够推动乡村教育治理机制的革新及治理效率的提高;数字技术能够激发乡村学校自治的内生动力。然而,数字技术在赋能乡村教育治理现代化方面仍面临一些现实困境:一是数字技术不成熟,阻碍了乡村教育多元主体的协同治理。二是乡村教育治理主体的数字素养偏低,导致其在实际操作中难以充分发挥数字技术的优势。三是乡村教育治理片面依赖数字技术,无法解决乡村教育的根本问题。为解决上述问题并推动乡村教育治理现代化,需要发展并巩固乡村教育协同治理所需的数字技术基础;提升乡村教育治理主体的数字素养;引导乡村教育治理主体合理利用数字技术,推动乡村教育治理制度科学化。
The application of digital technology in rural education governance has multiple values.The openness,sharing,and compatibility of digital technology help to achieve a diversified governance structure in rural education governance;the precision and dynamism of digital thinking can promote the innovation of rural education governance mechanisms and improve governance efficiency;digital technology can stimulate the endogenous motivation for self-governance in rural schools.However,digital technology still faces some practical difficulties in enabling the modernization of rural education governance.Firstly,digital technology is not yet mature,which hinders the collaborative governance of multiple subjects in rural education.Secondly,the digital literacy of rural education governance subjects is relatively low,making it difficult for them to fully utilize the advantages of digital technology in practical operations.Finally,rural education governance relies too much on digital technology,unable to solve the fundamental problems of rural education.To solve these problems and promote the modernization of rural education governance,it is necessary to develop and consolidate the digital technology foundation required for collaborative governance in rural education;improve the digital literacy of rural education governance subjects;guide rural education governance subjects to make rational use of digital technology and make rural education governance systems more scientific.
