智慧教室环境下多模态学习活动评价指标设计与应用

摘要 随着科学技术的发展,如何准确评价学生在智慧教室环境下学习活动的过程表现和学习效果成为一个亟待解决的关键议题,构建一种新型评价体系显得尤为必要。先通过收集体现学生在课堂学习活动中的行为表现与情感态度的多模态数据,如无声情境数据、有声情境数据、无效出勤数据、有效出勤数据、无效作业数据、有效作业数据等;然后以此为研究基础,建立层级结构模型,对其开展信效度分析,接着采用专家咨询法和AHP法计算各指标矩阵和专家权重;同时使用几何平均加权法对智慧教室环境中学习活动的评价指标进行赋值,形成一套基于智慧课堂多模态数据的学习活动评价指标;最后将该评价指标运用到智慧教室环境下的教学活动中,验证其有效性和准确性。这一研究为基于智慧教室环境的学生学习活动评价提供一种新的视角和方法,可以更科学全面地了解学生在智慧课堂中的参与度、学习效果、情感状态与学习活动质量,从而有助于真正促进数字化、科学化、智能化的教学管理与评价。 With the development of science and technology,how to accurately evaluate the process performance and learning effect of students’learning activities in the smart classroom environment has become a key issue to be solved.It is necessary to build a new evaluation model.Firstly,multimodal data are collocted that reflect students’behavior and emotional attitude in the process of classroom learning activities,such as silent situation data,audio situation data,invalid attendance data,effective attendance data,invalid homework data,effective homework data,etc.Then,based on this research,a hierarchical structure model is established,and its reliability and validity are analyzed.Then,the expert consultation method and AHP method are used to calculate the index matrix and expert weight.At the same time,the geometric mean weighting method is used to assign the evaluation indexes of learning activities in the smart classroom environment,and a set of evaluation indexes of learning activities based on multi-modal data of smart classroom is formed.Finally,the evaluation index is applied to the teaching activities in the smart classroom environment to verify its effectiveness and accuracy.This exploration provides a new perspective and method for the evaluation of students’learning activities based on the smart classroom environment,which can more scientifically and comprehensively understand students’participation,learning effect,emotional state and quality of learning activities in the smart classroom,thus helping to truly promote digital,scientific and intelligent teaching management and evaluation.
