辛伐他汀联合胺碘酮治疗老年心力衰竭合并心房颤动的效果

Effect of Simvastatin Combined with Amiodarone in the Treatment of Combined Atrial Fibrillation in Elderly with Heart Failure

目的:探讨辛伐他汀联合胺碘酮治疗老年心力衰竭合并心房颤动的效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年12月神木市中医医院内科收治的老年心力衰竭合并心房颤动患者102例为研究对象,按照抛硬币随机法分为观察组和对照组,各51例。对照组接受胺碘酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合辛伐他汀治疗。比较两组实验室指标、心功能、心房颤动转复率、不良反应发生情况及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组C反应蛋白水平降低,观察组血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白水平降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组左室射血分数、心输出量升高,观察组左心房内径减小,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心房颤动转复率高于对照组(P=0.009);两组不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.002)。结论:辛伐他汀联合胺碘酮治疗老年心力衰竭合并心房颤动的效果显著,可以改善患者炎性状态、血脂水平、心功能,提高心房颤动转复率,且未提高不良反应发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of simvastatin combined with amiodarone in treating elderly heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation.Methods:One hundred and two cases of elderly patients with heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation admitted to the Department of Interal Medicine of Shenmu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the coin-flip randomization method,with fifty-one cases in each group.The control group was treated with amiodarone,and the observation group was treated with simvastatin on the basis of the control group.Laboratory indexes,cardiac function,atrial fibrillation reversal rate,occurrence of adverse reactions and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,C-reactive protein level was reduced in both groups,serum total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein level was reduced in the observation group,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output were elevated in both groups,and left atrial internal diameter was reduced in the observation group,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the rate of atrial fibrillation reversal in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.009);there was no statistically significant difference when comparing the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.002).Conclusion:Simvastatin combined with amiodarone is effective in the treatment of elderly heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation,which can improve the patients’inflammatory state,blood lipid level,cardiac function,increase the rate of atrial fibrillation reversal,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
